Flow & Unwind Yoga Class
A weekly, evening yoga session spanning 6 weeks. Ashtanga based flow, and restorative postures to relax and unwind.
The class warms up with Ashtanga yoga based flow. Once bodies are warm and loosened up, we will be settling into some deeper stretches and restorative postures to unwind both body and mind. Instructor, Tim Percival.
Thursdays 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Fall session starts September 12 for 6 classes
$60 + gst
